Account Credit and T&Cs

Account credit is stored both manually and by offline database. To return any empty or no longer working vape disposable, the person(s) must provide us with their full name, email and mobile number, this is so we can track and tally each disposable vape given to us.

Furthermore, this is a new initiative that OX Vape are taking on, and the organisation has the rights to change any legal information contained within the terms and conditions at any point of time, this includes the right to cancel the program at any time without notice.

  • We currently accept the following disposable vape brands and models: Happy Vibes Twist 3500 Disposable Vape, SKE Crystal Bar Disposable Kit, Lost Mary BM600 Disposable Kit, Elf Bar Cigalike, Element Klik Klak, Aspire Oneup R1 Disposable Device, Elf Bar (600) Disposable Pod Kit and Geekvape Geek Bar (600) Disposable Pod Kit.
  • For each disposable vape brought to us £0.05 (1 disposable vape = £0.05 account credit) of credit is put onto the person’s account. This credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and is tied to the account of which the person who has/had brought back the empty/obsolete disposable vape.
  • UK Cartridges Ltd t/a OX Vape holds the right to cancel or pause this service at any given time with or without notice.
  • All information recorded for this service (which includes names, dates, addresses, emails and mobile/landline numbers) will be kept confidential as per to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. Additionally, no data will be passed on to third parties.
  • There is no limit to how many empty disposable vapes you can return and there is no expiry for the credit on account.
  • Lastly, this is an offline in-store only service – to return any of the listed disposable vapes, they must be returned to this address in-person: OX Vape, 110 Broadway, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 8AB.
