We operate a same day dispatch service on all orders placed before 3:00pm!

UK Mainland:

All orders to the UK mainland are sent by either Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Second Class.

The various delivery options and prices available at check-out are:

Royal Mail 1st Class
1 to 3 days, usually next day but not guaranteed. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday
£2.99 for orders under £20
FREE on orders over £20

Royal Mail 2nd Class
2 to 5 days, usually two days but not guaranteed. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday
£1.99 for orders under £20

Important:

Orders placed after the 3:00pm cut off will be processed on the following Monday, (excluding bank holidays when they will be processed on Tuesday)

We do not offer delivery for Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We are bound by Royal Mail’s terms and conditions which are listed on their website. If an item doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, we have to wait for up to 25 days before a claim can be made.
